When my 4 year-old son decided that we needed to stay home more, the extrovert in me died a little...stay home all day?? Just the two of us?? What in the world will we do all day??
The first day was rough, I'm not going to lie. By 1pm I'd about had it and was desperate to go out somewhere...anywhere! But in the days that followed I realized that living in a world that worships "busyness" can be exhausting, and that there are plenty of things for me to do at home these days. So I've decided to embrace the concept of just enjoying one day together each week without any outside distractions.
Friends have been asking what we're doing with our home days, so here's a little journal of how we're spending our time!
